Western Ireland Tour, Day 1: into Galway
Our tour of Ireland's western counties began on Monday, May 8, as we left Tralee and crossed the mighty Shannon River into Co. Clare. The Shannon is one of Ireland's great rivers, the water road that leads from the Atlantic all the way into the heart of Ireland.
